Water Main Break Affects Classes, Activities at Isenberg

AMHERST, Mass. – Due to a water main break in the Isenberg building at UMass Amherst, the only section of the building that will remain open for classes and activities is the Innovation Hub (newer portion).

The remaining sections of the Isenberg complex will be closed starting today, February 3 to Sunday, February 6. Scheduled face-to-face classes will not take place unless located in the Hub. At faculty discretion, face-to-face classes may be transitioned to a remote class or cancelled. Faculty should communicate directly with their students on what activity, if any, will take place.
