UMass Police Department Hosts Coffee with a Cop

UMass police officers handing coffee to campus community members — On Wednesday, Oct. 2, the UMass Amherst Police Department participated in the Coffee with a Cop program by handing out coffee, hot chocolate and giveaways in the campus center.

On Wednesday, Oct. 2, the UMass Amherst Police Department participated in the Coffee with a Cop program by handing out coffee, hot chocolate and giveaways in the campus center.

Coffee with a Cop is a national program that brings police officers and the public they serve together to discuss issues and learn more about each other.

Officers greeted and spoke with students and other campus community members outside of Harvest from 9 to 11 a.m.
