Toong Recognized in 'Nation's Restaurant News' Reader Poll

Ken Toong, executive director of auxiliary enterprises, was recently selected as one of the most influential non-commercial operators by “Nation’s Restaurant News” in a reader picks poll.

Nation’s Restaurant News nominated over 400 restaurant industry leaders, which is the largest number of submissions ever received. From those submissions, just 12 professionals were selected for the non-commercial operators category.
