‘Thrive at Five’ Yoga and Mindfulness Classes Continue Through Aug. 19

The Okanagan Wellbeing Collective invites UMass students, faculty and staff to gather at the new Orchard Hill Pavilion each Tuesday through Aug. 19 for “Thrive at Five,” a unique wellbeing series that allows participants to explore and practice mindfulness through guided yoga and meditation exercises.

Each week, “Thrive at Five” features different modalities and instructors, offering a variety of experiences for people of all levels and abilities.

The series is free and open to all levels of participants, who are asked to bring a mat, towel, water bottle and any other preferred props. Parking is available in solar-covered Lot 49.
