‘Thrive at Five’ Yoga and Mindfulness Classes Continue through Aug. 9

The Okanagan Wellbeing Collective invites UMass students, faculty and staff to gather at the new Orchard Hill Pavilion each Tuesday through Aug. 9 for “Thrive at Five,” a unique wellbeing series that allows participants to explore and practice mindfulness through guided yoga and meditation exercises.

Each week, “Thrive at Five” features different modalities and instructors, offering a variety of experiences for people of all levels and abilities.

The series is free and open to all levels of participants, who are asked to bring a mat, towel, water bottle and any other preferred props. Parking is available in solar-covered Lot 49.
