Thondup Tsering Elected to 17th Tibetan Parliament in Exile from North/South America

Thondup Tsering, coordinator for student success in residence education, has been elected to the 17th Tibetan Parliament in Exile (TPiE) from North/South America.

Thondup has been a leader in the local Tibetan community and is former President of the Regional Tibetan Association of Western.

Tsering secured the seat in the TPiE for Tibetans in North-South America with a total of 5,419 votes.
