Retired Faculty Association to Host Talk on Dietary Fiber and Health

Mokhtar Atallah, professor emeritus of nutrition, will give a talk on “Dietary Fiber and Health" at the Retired Faculty Association meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 11 a.m. in the Campus Center 904-908.

All are welcome to the meeting, which the meeting starts at 10:00 am with refreshments.
