For the past year an interdisciplinary group of scholars hosted by the IHGMS, and co-directed by Whitney Battle-Baptiste and Stephen Clingman.has been engaged in exploring these questions. Now they host three distinguished speakers whose work is centrally involved with these issues; Jacob Dlamini, Caryl Phillips and Manisha Sinha.
