PVTA Seeks Feedback from Public

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is updating its Comprehensive Regional Transportation Plan and seeking input from the public. In planning for the next five years, the PVTA and their consulting group have put together a survey to gain a better understanding of the transportation needs of the Pioneer Valley.

The mobile-friendly survey is available in both English and Spanish.

Though on-going restrictions have temporarily reduced ridership on the PVTA, participants are asked to consider their riding habits prior to the COVID-19 outbreak as they provide feedback.

The survey will be used to help ensure the PVTA has the resources and funding necessary for robust service improvements in the future.
