PEP is a faculty-driven initiative to support colleagues who want to use their research to contribute to social change, inform public policy and enrich public debate. In this hour-long Zoom session, PEP Fellowship Director Lisa Troy, associate professor in the School of Public Health and Health Sciences, and 2016 PEP Faculty Fellow Miliann Kang, associate professor of women, gender and sexuality studies, will discuss how to apply for the fellowship, the program’s selection criteria, and what fellows will learn from the program in order to effectively communicate their research with the public.

Interested faculty members can RSVP to the event via its Zoom registration page. Applications are currently being accepted for the 2022 Fellowship Program, with a deadline for submissions set for Tuesday, Nov. 30.

PEP is sponsored by the colleges of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Natural Sciences, Education, Engineering and Humanities and Fine Arts, the School of Public Policy, Center for Research on Families, Institute for Social Science Research, the Office of the Provost and University Relations.
