Open Forums Scheduled on New Information Security Policy

Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend one of three open forums in the coming weeks to discuss the university’s new information security policy.

The policy was approved by the chancellor in March, establishing an information security governance structure, rules and procedures that impact the entire campus community.

The open forums provide an opportunity to discuss the practical implications of this new policy and how it may affect all members of the university community.

Sessions are scheduled:

• Friday, April 20, 2-3 p.m., 804-08 Campus Center
• Thursday, April 26, 1-2 p.m., 168C Campus Center
• Wednesday, May 2, 3-4 p.m., 804-08 Campus Center
