Office of Faculty Development to Host ‘Pathways to Leadership’ Panel of Non-tenure Track Faculty Leaders

The Office of Faculty Development (OFD) will host a panel of UMass Amherst non-tenure track faculty leaders on Friday, March 4 at 3 p.m. Panelists will share insights about their professional journey and illuminate their pathways to leadership within higher education.

This event, organized and moderated by Christiane Healey, senior lecturer in biology and OFD faculty fellow, is offered as part of OFD's “Leadership Essentials for All Faculty” (LEAF) series, which is open to all faculty who are interested in learning more about leadership and enhancing their leadership skills, and OFD's “Supporting Non-Tenure Track Faculty” series which offers workshops throughout the year focused on professional development areas of interest to non-tenure track faculty.
