The Office of Faculty Development (OFD) is pleased to offer these fall workshops in support of faculty wellbeing. OFD offers programming and resources that foster wellbeing and peer-to-peer connections to help faculty realize work-life fulfillment.
Sustainable Careers: Wellbeing Workshop for Faculty – Monday, Nov. 1, 10-11:30 a.m.
A time for you to learn the evidence-based key tools and techniques to support your overall wellbeing and resilience in your life, daily work, and career. Focusing on mindfulness, positive emotions and relationships, clarity of meaning and purpose, and a strengths-approach, you will learn and experience proven approaches and leave with your next steps for developing your own practices and approach.

Effectively Recovering from the Pandemic Disruption – Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1:30-2:45 a.m.
The pandemic disruption has impacted multiple aspects of faculty work and life. Learn to establish priorities to recover in a way that facilitates accomplishing your goals while also being sustainable both personally and professionally.
