Accountability groups and drop-in sessions:
Writing Accountability Circles – Small groups of faculty colleagues meet weekly to write and share their progress together virtually. Two groups are starting in February. Complete this form to indicate interest.
Writing and Working Accountability Sessions – 90-minute virtual drop-in sessions offer dedicated time and facilitated support to focus on your writing or project in the company of colleagues. Sign up for one or all of these weekly sessions!

OFD is offering several workshops to provide practical tools you can incorporate for taking care of yourself while supporting your students and your family.
Wellbeing Workshops for Faculty – A time for you to learn the evidenced-based key tools and techniques to support your overall wellbeing and resilience in your life, daily work, and career. Offered 3 separate dates: March 1, March 30, and April 22.

Where do I go for help with responding to student emotional and behavioral concerns? – Addressing student concerns can be a challenging and overwhelming experience for faculty, especially in remote classroom environments. Virtual Retreat: Reflect, Plan, Restore – May 24-27, 2021
Four days of optional morning sessions to reflect on the semester and focus on the moment we are in, to engage in summer planning, consider current research strategies, learn tools for time management, and/or take time for writing with colleagues. Register
