Nominations Sought for 2018 Chancellor’s Citation Award
The campus community is invited to submit nominations for the 2018 Chancellor’s Citation Award, which honors outstanding work performance by university staff.
The awards committee will be looking for examples of original contributions to the university, attainment of high-priority university objectives, performance “beyond the call of duty” and achievement of significant improvements in productivity or savings in university operations. In keeping with longstanding tradition, 10 awards (including up to two team awards) will be conferred this year.
The award recognizes the importance of acknowledging the hard work, ingenuity and dedication of our peers–whether working individually or in teams–who have made exceptional contributions to the university’s mission and goals.
You are encouraged to submit nominations for this award, which is designed to recognize the work of benefitted (GIC-eligible) university staff members. The deadline for nominations is 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23.
