A daylong celebration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Massachusetts will occur at the Institute of Applied Life Sciences from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day will kick off with a press conference at 11:30 a.m. that features the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council’s plans in Western Massachusetts. Tours of the IALS Core Facilities will follow.

Other highlights of the day include:

• Presentation of the Mahoney Life Sciences Prize at 1 p.m.
• Innovation and Entrepreneurship Showcase starting at 1:30 p.m.
• Posters and networking starting at 3 p.m.
