Mail and Package Delivery and Pick-up and OPSCAN Location

Campus Mail & Distribution Services has temporarily been suspended to campus buildings. Mail and package pick up has moved to alternate locations, along with several other changes.

Starting Monday, March 23:

• Mail & Distribution Services has temporarily suspended mail and package pick-up and delivery to campus buildings. 
   
• The temporary changes noted below do not require you to make any modifications to your normal delivery address. Campus departments should continue to use current existing addresses for placing orders and deliveries to campus. 
   
• Campus departments should make arrangements to make pick-ups and drop-offs of all USPS and campus mail on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 120 Tillson Farm Road.
   
• Campus departments can drop off UPS and FEDEX outgoing packages to mail’s Physical Plant loading dock, 360 Campus Center Way.  Campus departments should retrieve UPS and FedEx packages at the loading dock from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 413-545-3313 for questions or to make an appointment for delivery. If the delivery is not retrieved in two weeks, it will be returned to sender.
   
• OPSCAN tests should be dropped off at 120 Tillson Farm Road, as the Whitmore 139 satellite office will not be staffed during this time.
