Kent Named 2020 UMass Amherst Spotlight Scholar

Jane Kent, professor and chair of the kinesiology department, has been named a 2020 UMass Amherst Spotlight Scholar. Kent studies mobility and aging. She recently received a five-year, multimillion-dollar grant from the National Institutes on Aging for research that builds upon her 20-plus-year studies of muscle fatigue and aging. Read more.
