Jazz Faculty to Perform Free Concert
Members of the jazz faculty will take center stage for a performance of original works and new arrangements on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 7:30 p.m. in Bezanson Recital Hall.
The program is free and open to the public.
The ensemble is led by Jeffrey W. Holmes, director of jazz and African-American music studies, on piano and trumpet. Joining Holmes will be faculty members Catherine Jensen-Hole (voice), Felipe Salles and guest Carl Clements (saxophones), Bob Ferrier (guitar), Fumi Tomita (bass) and Thomas Giampietro (drums).
