IT Repair Center and Enterprise Desktop Support to Move to Dickinson Hall

The information technology (IT) repair center and enterprise desktop support will open in Dickinson Hall on Monday, Aug. 12. 15 minute parking is available next to the building for quick equipment drop-off.

The IT repair center provides computer maintenance and repair services to students, faculty, and staff and members of the Five College community. 

The Repair Center is closed between Monday, August 5 until Friday, August 9.

Enterprise desktop support manages and supports university-owned computing and mobile devices for UMass Amherst departments. Limited support will be available between Tuesday, August 6 and Monday, August 12. Clients are encouraged to report critical issues to itservicedesk@umass.edu.

General IT support remains available in A109 Lederle Graduate Research Center and the Learning Commons in the W.E.B. Du Bois Library.
