A development brochure from the Isenberg School of Management won a gold award in the Individual Fundraising Publications category in the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education’s Circle of Excellence competition.

“Isenberg Development: Writing the Next Chapter” won the top in a field of 29 entries. The 10-page brochure was created as a new tool for the school’s development team to help them talk to alumni about the opportunities for investing in the school.

As the entry noted, “The publication was created to showcase where Isenberg is, where Isenberg is going, and why the school needs alumni support to get there. Not only did this communication outline the need for support, but it also was a tool to show how previous funds were used in productive ways to continually push the institution forward.”

The school’s creative team behind the winning entry was composed of Chris Pilsner, assistant dean and chief marketing officer, Scott Benton, executive director of development, and Allison Furkey, marketing and communications manager. They worked with the Isenberg’s advertising agency, Forge Worldwide, to craft the final design.
