Flags Lowered for Victims of Texas Violence

As a mark of respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated May 18 in Santa Fe, Texas, and in accordance with a presidential proclamation, Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset through May 22.
