Flags Lowered for Victims of Maryland Newspaper Shooting

As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the June 28 shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland, and in accordance with a presidential proclamation, Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until sunset today, July 3.
