Flags Lowered for Former U.S. Rep. John David Dingell

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until sunset, Saturday, Feb. 9, in accordance with a presidential proclamation, in honor of former U.S. Rep. John David Dingell, Jr., of Michigan.
