Flags Lowered for Tyngsboro Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, Jan. 11 in honor of Army Pfc. Evan G. Kasabian of Tyngsboro, who died Dec. 30.
