Flags Lowered for State Rep. Peter Kocot of Northampton

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until sunset on Tuesday, Feb. 27 to honor state Rep. Peter Kocot of Northampton, who died Feb. 22.
