Flags Lowered as a Sign of Respect for Victims of Highland Park Shooting

As a sign of respect for the victims of the acts of gun violence perpetrated on Independence Day, July 4, in Highland Park, Illinois, and in accordance with a Presidential proclamation, Gov. Charlie Baker, has ordered that the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags shall be flown at half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately and continuing until sunset on Saturday, July 9.
