Flags Lowered for Rev. Billy Graham

In accordance with a presidential proclamation calling for the flag of the United States to be displayed at half-staff on the day of interment in memory of Rev. Billy Graham, who died on Feb. 21, Gov. Charles D. Baker has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Friday, March 2, the day of interment.
