Flags Lowered to Remember the Victims of the Terrible Act of Violence Perpetrated on Jan. 22 in Monterey Park, California

Please be advised that as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated on Jan. 22, in Monterey Park, California, and in accordance with a Presidential Proclamation, Gov. Maura T. Healey has ordered the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings beginning Jan. 23, until sunset on Jan. 26.
