Flags Lowered for Pearl Harbor Day

Please be advised that in accordance with Public Law 103-308 and by proclamation of the President of the United States, Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings on Tuesday, Dec. 7, in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
