Flags Lowered for Osterville Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Saturday, Nov. 10, the day of interment, in honor of Army Staff Sgt. John L. Mersky of Osterville, who died Oct. 27.
