Flags Lowered in Memory of Rep. Elijah E. Cummings

In accordance with a Presidential proclamation, Gov. Charles D. Baker has ordered that the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags shall be flown at half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately until sunset on Friday, Oct. 18 as a sign of respect for the longstanding public service of Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, of Maryland, who passed away this morning.
