Flags Lowered to Mark Memorial Day

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that on Monday, May 28 the United States and Commonwealth flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until noon and be displayed at full staff from noon until sunset in honor of Memorial Day.
