Flags Lowered for Marblehead Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States and the Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Thursday, April 18 in honor of Sgt. Rachel R. McKay, United States Army, of Marblehead, who died on April 8 at Fort Gordon, Georgia.
