Flags Lowered for Leominster Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Saturday, April 20, the day of interment, in honor of Private First Class Zacharay Arsenault, United States Army, of Leominster, who died on April 1, at Fort Irwin, California.
