Flags Lowered in Honor of Virginia Beach Municipal Center Victims

Gov. Charles D. Baker has ordered that the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings beginning immediately until sunset, Tuesday, June 4, in accordance with a presidential proclamation, as a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the tragic act of violence at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center in Virginia Beach, Va.
