Flags Lowered to Honor Those Who Died in Sept. 11 Attack, Wars that Followed

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, Sept. 11 in honor of the individuals who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001 and the Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice in the wars that followed.
