Flags Lowered in Honor of Plymouth Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, the day of interment, in honor of U.S. Navy Petty Officer Jake Williams of Plymouth.
