Flags Lowered in Honor of Lowell Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Saturday, Oct. 31, the day of interment, in honor of U.S. Army Specialist Fallon M. Boyle of Lowell, who died on Oct. 27.
