Flags Lowered in Honor of El Paso and Dayton Victims

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until sunset, Thursday, Aug. 8, in accordance with a presidential proclamation issued as a mark of respect honoring the victims of the tragedies in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio.
