Flags Lowered in Honor of Dracut Soldier

Gov. Maura T. Healey has ordered that the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flags be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Thursday, Feb. 9, the day of interment, in honor of United States Navy Petty Officer Matthew Capeless, of Dracut, died on Jan. 24.
