Flags Lowered to Honor Capitol Police Officer William Evans

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the U.S. flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings on Tuesday, April 13, in honor and remembrance of United States Capitol Police Officer William Evans, a native of North Adams, Massachusetts, who will lie in honor in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda on this day.
