Flags Lowered for California Shooting Victims

As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence in Thousand Oaks, California, on Nov. 7, and in accordance with a presidential proclamation, Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until sunset on Saturday, Nov. 10.
