Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until Friday, Aug. 31, the day of interment, in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 3 Scott R. Landis, Massachusetts Army National Guard, of Hanson, who died Aug. 24 in a plane crash.
