The department of biostatistics and epidemiology, part of the School of Public Health and Health Sciences, will host a seminar, “Causal inference for complex exposures: asking questions that matter, getting answers that help,” on Friday, Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. in the Life Science Laboratories N210.

The free, public talk will be given by Eleanor Murray, assistant professor of epidemiology at the Boston University School of Public Health. Murray’s research focuses on causal inference methodology for improving evidence-based decision-making by patients, clinicians and policy makers.
