The Center for Research on Families (CRF) will host a virtual workshop July 7-11 that will present an introduction to conducting dyadic data analysis using a structural equation modeling framework in Mplus.

The workshop, which will be conducted via Zoom from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. each day, will introduce the conceptual and statistical background for dyadic data analysis. It will also cover common applications of dyadic modeling, including the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM), decomposition of interdependence effects in APIM and power analysis for APIM. Longitudinal applications will also be touched upon and Example datasets and associated Mplus syntax will be provided.

The workshop will be led by Niall Bolger, professor of psychology at Columbia University, and J.P. Lurenceau, professor of psychological and brain sciences at the University of Delaware.

The registration rate is $900 for faculty and $600 for graduate students and postdocs. The credit card charge for the registration will appear as “Campus Storefront.”
