An open access eBook written by Robert W. Maloy and Torrey Trust, College of Education, is one of only 13 resources included in a curricular materials guide for teaching eighth grade civics in Massachusetts.

Their book, “Building Democracy for All,” was selected by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for its diverse perspectives and engagement with current events.
