The department of biostatistics and epidemiology, part of the School of Public Health and Health Sciences, will host a seminar, “Nonparametric causal effects based on incremental propensity score intervention,” on Friday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m. in Life Science Laboratories N210.

The free, public talk will be given by Edward Kennedy, assistant professor of statistics and data science at Carnegie Mellon University.

The talk proposes a more realistic way to define and estimate the causal effect of an exposure occurring longitudinally.
