Genny Beemyn, director of the Stonewall Center, gave a keynote address on “The Experiences of Trans Students Today: What We Know and Do Not Know” at the Spectrum Conference: Preventing and Responding to Violence against LGBTQI+ Students on June 20 at the Capital Center in Albany, New York.

SPECTRUM is the nation’s largest education conference devoted to preventing and responding to sexual and interpersonal violence against members of the LGBTQI+ community. The Albany event was supported by the State University of New York and others.
