Anti-Racism Training Scheduled

The Center for Education Policy and Advocacy (CEPA) will conduct anti-racism training on Thursday, March 1 from 3-7 p.m. in the Campus Center Auditorium.

There will be group exercises, a panel of UMass Amherst students who are organizing against racism, and breakout workshops, including “Cultural Appropriation” with Camila Lordes and “Microaggressions” with Hillary Montague-Asp.

Loretta Ross, a nationally recognized trainer on reproductive justice and anti-racism, will conduct a workshop “Calling In vs. Calling Out.”

Food and drink will be provided.
