Access to Adobe Sign, the current platform that powers UMass Amherst's electronic signature service, ends on Thursday, Jan. 23. DocuSign, the new software replacing it, is already live and available for immediate use.

To assist staff with recreating their templates and routing information in DocuSign, information technology (IT) has archived each Adobe Sign account’s documents and audit trails and will make them available to account owners via Box. If you were unable to recreate your materials in DocuSign before Thursday, January 23, please contact it@umass.edu to access the archived Box folder.

Note: Any documents, forms, or e-signature requests that are still awaiting signatures by the end-of-service date will not be archived and will be lost. These requests will need to be recreated and resubmitted via DocuSign.

The DocuSign service is already live and available for immediate use. To activate your account and begin using DocuSign today, simply log in with your NetID email (NetID@umass.edu) to begin using this tool. Resources and training materials can also be found at DocuSign University, which requires account activation to access.

Contact IT User Services at (413) 545-TECH (8324) or it@umass.edu with questions or if you require assistance with DocuSign.
